Slow check in, made me wait 20 minutes just because it wasn't 3pm yet. First room smelled like cigar. Second room was okay but one towel had no been changed. Breakfast was okay but the coffee machine was broken, so just one small coffe cup for me.

It was so convenient, great parking. However, the pool is repaired and you feel uncomfortable walking inside with a lot of bumps all around, it must be repaired immediately. The fridge was not cooling properly. The phone was not working to call receptionist.

El hotel está muy descuidado, si te quedas más de un día no te proporcionan papel de baño , jabón ni shampo . Contratas para 4 personas y solo te dan dos toallas. El teléfono no funcionas para poder solicitar algo . La bañera estaba tapada .

El hotel en general es bueno, la habitación estaba bien, las hace falta renovar los blancos, estaban ya muy desgastados ,mandé mensaje antes de hacer el check in y nunca me contestaron , y la recepción tiene un olor como a viejo. Fui en plan familiar , cumplió con tener un lugar en donde dormir, pero puede mejorar.
