This is VERY child friendly, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not for you. That being said, the rooms were quite soundproof unlike in the U.S. The staff was friendly, the breakfast spread was large, and the location was good.

Needs a renovation, has not changed in 20 years so it starts to show in the rooms. Cheking in on paper. Noisy and needs cleaning. Broken furniture in room and mold in shower. Positives was beds probably new as they where good. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking space for cars.

My daughter loved the whole Caribia experience, us parents were grateful for the warm water. I would honestly say the entire place is in need of renovations but as a one day and night experience it’s ok. I think the apartments are probably nicer than the actual hotel which feels very old.

The property is nicely landscaped and easily accessible by public transportation from Market square. Although the pictures of the waterpark are misleading. Obviously they were taken when the Club was first built. The waterpark is a fun experience if you have children, and the pool water is well maintained. You have to pay extra to use the waterpark it is not included with the price of the stay. This makes for a rather overpriced stay in an older hotel. Biggest complaint is that the entire facility has no Air conditioning and is very hot in the hotel rooms and even the restaurants. The Classic Pizza restaurant was very good and comfortable.

In advance, I had informed the hotel that I wanted a late check-out. When I checked in, it was possible for an additional fee, which was fine. I was also asked if I wanted to pay for parking at the hotel for my entire stay, and this was added to the total bill. However, when I checked out, I had received a parking fine, and the hotel excused themselves by saying that I had booked a late check-out. It's obvious that when you pay for everything at check-in, it should be taken care of. I politely handed the parking fine to the hotel as it was their mistake and I hope I won't hear anything more about it! I have not received any feedback from the hotel, and this is not good customer service!

Compared to other hotels of its kind, for example, Scandic Eden Nokia, where we have also stayed in the past, Caribea is way worse, you get charged for every little thing, the restaurants are way worse, and after this last time, we won't be back. Not only was it 40% more expensive, but Caribea does false advertisement since it advertises AC, and the rooms did not have any. Despite requesting three times to get our room changed to the part of the building not directly hit by sun, nothing was done and we spent two awful nights sleeping in heat.

Schönes Hotel ca.30min. zu Fuß vom Zentrum/Busplatz entfernt. Personal außerordentlich nett. Was mich entsetzt hat, waren die vielen Leute beim Frühstück. Sämtliche Nebenräume und Flächen wurden in Beschlag genommen. nur dass die Leute irgendwo sitzen und frühstücken konnten, schrecklich@Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut.

Perussiistiä ja hyvät ruokapaikat, kylpylä kiva kouluikäisenlapsen kanssa! Kylpylän ulkoalueeseen ja sen viihtyisyyteen voisi panostaa. Samoin kylpylän palvelut, Aamulla ei saa kylpylänpuolella edes juotavaa ostettua ennen 12:sta vaikka kylpylän aukeaa yhdeksältä hotellin asiakkaille. Sunnuntai aamulla oli kylpylän yhdellä ruokailualueella edelliseltä illalta jääneistä hesburgertarjottimia roskineen. Tämä teki hieman epäsiistin vaikutelman.

Huoneissa epäinhimillisen kuuma. Meillä oli parhaimmillaan henkilökunnan toimittamasta lisätuulettimesta huolimatta 28 astetta. Lisäksi lisävuode ei ollut valmiiksi pedatta ja kun avasimme sen, niin lattialle tiooui kourallinen suolapähkinöitä. Myös suihkun lasiovet olivat epämielyttävän likaiset.
