“Good stay, good host”

“Best breakfast that you will have in New Zealand. And lovely couple...!!! Recomend this place 100%”

“This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very tidy and conveniently located property.”

“Stunning Property. Beautiful location and gardens. Sue is an excellent host. Great breakfast and excellent coffee.”

“Clean , warm, convenient.”

Unfortunately we were in the corner unit 1 to the left of the reception area and the outlook was the back of the office with cleaining equipment and rubbish bins. We didn't spend anytime outside so it wasn't an issue but I would recommend requesting a room in the middle of the complex if...

“The shared accommodation was atrocious, room was nasty and not well maintained, walls and floor were dirty. Room needs to be renovated so they'll take pride in keeping it clean. I definitely will not be back nor will I recommend that room to anyone”

“Room was separated from shower room and toilet room (assigned to the bedroom, so no sharing required) and you had to access shower and toilet from the common hallway. All rooms were clean as was the common kitchen and sitting room area. The owners were quite nice as were the other guests. Parking was free. We liked the place as it was very quiet during the night. A place to recommend and revisit if back in the area.”

“Very clean. Nice staff. Needs air con, only had a fan. They also have a no alcohol policy that is not advertised anywhere.”
