Great hotel. The staff was sooo friendly and went above and beyond to create a wonderful stay. The room was very beautiful and we loved sitting on the terrace or in our little pool after a day of adventure. The unlimited beer is an obvious plus! We will definitely be returning.
I enjoyed my experience here! A great place for a solo traveler! Staff were friendly, kind and attentive to all my request! I genuinely felt safe here it’s quiet and peaceful. This time of year is their down season, which didn’t bother me since I was solo traveling! Food and drinks were amazing!!!
The parts that were being used was well maintained. There were many areas not being used but still a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Paco showed me many restaurants and things to do in the city, he was very helpful
The hotel was beautiful, good attention from the staff Linda the manager was awesome always trying to help and make our stay unforgettable, I eill give a 5 star to the spa,
There is a cenote on site, which is great...but you cant swim in it, which is not great! Service os excellent and the all inclusive meals are very, very good!
Loved the time we spent here. The reviews complain about the highway and it being loud. The whole time we were there it was quiet and peaceful. The food and drinks were delicious. The massages at the spa were very relaxing. All in all we will be definitely returning back!!! Perfect way to spend our honeymoon!
What a beautiful jungle retreat. Perfect for a family vacation or trip with friends. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, Santiago, Fili, Mario and all of the staff at the brewery restaurant were simply amazing, thank you for making our first family trip to Tulum so memorable and enjoyable. One thing to remember is good bug repellent because the mosquitos were just as hospitable as the employees.
I’d like to start off by giving a big thanks to Abram the front desk Receptionist
And Ezekiel the waiter of the restaurant
The hotel was beautiful and rustic
And the pool was open for us pretty much everyday day both pools to be exact
Were wide open everyday
Great thing was there’s a beach club right across the high way , that’s very Inexpensive
The restaurant food was good , we tried different plates since we stood here for 5 nights
Over WE WILL be coming back with friends
The safe was friendly and we ended up upgrading to the all-inclusive for our one night stay. They say there is beer in the room but this is only true and included if the all-inclusive is booked. The eco-friendly part was big for us but this does effect if you have water or not in your room. At times we did not. The restaurant was delicious and a highlight. While we were there during the off season, it is an adult only resort BUT the owners kids were using the pool, this was a disappointment for what we were expecting in our experience.

Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. The running water ran out for about an hour each day around 3pm like clock work. The pool you get on the terrace is also not clean water and the jets don’t work. As far as my interactions and food/drinks I would give 5 stars. I lowered the rating for maintenance because I upgraded my room to have access to the pool on my balcony but sadly did not get to use it. One of the staff was kind enough to kill a huge bug for me otherwise I would not have slept (just a fun side note about how lovely the staff are). It’s noisy as well (I already knew it was on a highway so for those who aren’t aware, don’t be surprised if it is noisy from cars).
The place was clean and staff was delightful. Vety unique property. They are still updating. The breakfast included was light but satisfying. We dined several times in the attached resturant and everything was delicious. The unlimited in room beer was a treat. It is far so rent a car or minibike however across the highwaythere is a beach club with a small fee to visit. Overall a great stay
Best receptionist I have ever encountered. I had interactions with two different front desk employees. They were fantastic! Room was nicely appointed, pool was clean and inviting. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was outstanding. Lucky for us there was an Q acrobatic act for en. One of the best meals I have eaten in Mexico.i would highly recommend this hotel, brewery and restaurant!

Very cute place and love that the Tulum letters are in front of the property, that way I didn't have to search for one. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when we got there, there was nobody to greet us- we had to go inside the spa. Room was so beautiful, however the pool in our room looked very dirty and the one on the balcony same. They needed to be clean or put a tarp on top or something, I really wanted to enjoy some pool time. Other than that we felt safe around the place.

This hotel is a few miles away from any action so, you need transportation. The are limited employees at the hotel. Therefore, it was
The service was very very poor. There was no hope water. There was no water at night when you want to use the bathroom. The had the same food everyday. In general the hotel was horrible

Luxury? Pretentious.
Front desk and restaurant crew is the best in the hotel. Breakfast sucks. Bed sheets are not cotton. Hotel was empty, is very far away from everything.
This property is not accurately depicted in their advertisement. We booked a pool party Sweet and the pool was disgusting - poorly maintained (see pics). No hot water in shower (no water on third day). We spoke to the staff every day about the issues and nothing was fixed. We were able to find a resort to move to after a couple days - they refused to give us a refund. Horrible place. Good for maybe a beer but not much else
It says all Inclusive but when we arrived at the resort all inclusive is limited to a special menu. For example no hard alcohol is included. And for the beer you are only allowed 1 type in the all included. The staff were very nice but not trained very well.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was very friendly, but if there’s no sun there’s no hot water and I don’t recall reading that anywhere. We got there at a time where there was no sun and I had to take a really cold shower after traveling! I feel like they should specify that in the description!!! I thought it was all inclusive, but apparently it no longer is a hotel that offers all inclusive. The restaurant was super expensive because for two burgers that come with fries and two extra order of fries it was about 100 USD. Also, After 8 PM There’s no staff. I accidentally left my phone in the room, which is the key to the room and I couldn’t get in and unfortunately it was after hours. They did however answer the chat, which was good, but I feel like it would’ve been easier if somebody was on site. The pool looked dirty and unclean.
It is a nice traditional decor, but need better management. No hot water during my stays, during the night water hot shut off, because I could not flush the toilet twice after using it. I had to use bottled water for 2 days that I had an early pickup for my activity. Same menu, when you do all inclusive and very limited. Some days you will ask for something they told you they do not have it. I will not recommend it to anyone.
The food wasn’t great our honeymoon was ruined. I wish they cared more for the customers especially for English speaking people. We had an issue with calling the hotel and even Expedia had a tough time getting ahold of them. Nobody came to get our bags to welcome us on the hotel. We got welcomed with mosquitoes and bees which isn’t okay. After the staff saw us get bit up they offered to help us. Why not help us before the check in process that would make sense to me. Now I have bite marks all over me smh. The hotel and Expedia failed us on our honeymoon with no refund. Please spare yourselves don’t book here or I’m warning you you’re wasting your money. We didn’t see security so it felt unsafe and it’s on the side of a highway.
