The place is romantic, warm and cozy. The service is excellent. Everyone is beyond kind so the entire staff, from room cleaners to waiters, to receptionists, are always welcoming you with a smile (a special thanks to Letty). They reserved plenty of attentions throughout the week that made the stay so special. They accommodated our requests with kindness and patience. This is a magic place made special by everyone who works there.
