Wonderful little hotel in the middle of everything! Everything was walkable and they had bicycle rentals that we took to get to the beach in 15 to 20 min. I loved it and looking forward to come back.

Great location, easy walk to anywhere in Tulum. It felt much more local than staying in a big hotel. I liked all the plants and rooftop area. Room was small with two single beds rather then two doubles. I enjoyed the stay

The property is conveniently located in the central area of Tulum city, close to the Avenue Tulum. It was always clean, breakfast was simple but good, and everyone was very nice, welcoming and helpful. We rented bikes from the reception, that was super easy. And with the bikes you can go to the ruins and the national park with the public beach area. The hotel is very basic, so don't expect any luxury, but it's great value for the money, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Gabriela at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Place is beautiful with well maintained gardens. Neighborhood felt safe and lots of bars and restaurants very close. They could improve breakfast. Beds and pillows smelly. Not dirty, just smelly probably from humidity.
