Our stay at Hotelito Azul was amazing! The hotel has been recently renovated, and the spaces look beautiful, fresh, and stylish. The digital check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We especially loved spending time on the rooftop terraces, relaxing in the jacuzzis and enjoying the atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay in Tulum—we would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotelito Azul. The property has been beautifully renovated and has a fresh, relaxing atmosphere. Every morning, a complimentary basket of artisanal bread and American coffee was delivered to our room, which was such a lovely way to start the day. The Hotelito Azul team was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. At first, I was a little unsure about having communication primarily through WhatsApp, as it was a new experience for me. However, I quickly became comfortable with it. The team always responded very quickly, and I never had to worry about getting assistance whenever I needed it. We also enjoyed the gym and spent plenty of time relaxing on the rooftop terraces, taking in the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding Tulum jungle. A beautiful place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the Tulum experience. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing, staff food and location, Griselda was the best very professional and friendly person, very attentive, but overall all the staff made is feel welcome, the food at both restaurants was delicious a bit pricey but worth it, the shrimp tacos were the best. Unfortunately it looks like the place is under renovations by the pool area so we weren’t able to really enjoy the pool but this place deserves a 5 stars and I can’t wait to be back l.

Overall, the place was a perfect setting and beautiful. There’s a lot of refurbishment work in the pool and lounge areas that still is going on. The only downside was that the restaurants were really really expensive so we walked to other hotels for food. We would’ve eaten there every day, had they lowered the prices a little bit
