Nik was great at getting back to me quickly about any questions I had. The room was very clean, you get access to a beach club across the street and the Loco restaurant had delicious food. Would easily stay here again.

I never write bad reviews but I have no choice after staying here. Let me start off by saying the staff was wonderful really nice and helpful. However, there was so many bugs in the room every day I woke up with mosquito bites and bed bug bites. I had bites all over my arms and legs and back. I was itching almost the entire stay. The shower is not fully closed and has an opening and the bugs easily get through and lizards, and I woke up at three in the morning with the cricket on my pillow. There was ants everywhere. I could not even leave my bathroom supplies anywhere or my clothes anywhere without them being swarmed in ants within minutes. I do not recommend staying here pay a little more to ensure that you will not have bugs crawling in your bed and all over the room.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Coyote. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, and the honey-scented bath products were a lovely bonus. Just outside our room, we were surrounded by untouched jungle—an incredible setting where we spotted colorful birds and even a wild coati. Having access to a secure, guarded parking area for our rental car, along with beach access at a neighboring resort, truly elevated the experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, always quick to assist with any questions we had. We’re already looking forward to returning—and next time, bringing friends along with us!

The room was amazing! AC worked very well! It was clean! Housekeeping was great! They were very quick to help get us other things we needed and also suggested a few things to do around town. Hot water worked great, just had to let it warm up for about 5minutes! Super affordable too!

Beautiful boutique hotel away from the craziness

Ivo (the hotel manager on the ground) and his team have done a fantastic job of creating a clean yet jungle-feely spot in the best location of Tulum. The hotel has a partnership with 2 nearby beachfront hotels so you can access their private beaches freely, literally a 2-min walk and you’re on the beach. Definitely staying here again next time.

Amazing place to stay! So incredibly happy I stayed at Casa Coyote for my mini solo trip. The whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. Ivo was friendly, responsive and always helpful when needed. There is 24 hour security so I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Can’t wait to return! I definitely will be back and would highly recommend Casa Coyote.

My stay at Casa Coyote was wonderful. Evo the concierge was super helpful and attentive. Very clean rooms and safe atmosphere. You get the full Tulum experience as the hotel is located on the jungle side of the road while having full beach access just across the street. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful and the room is just like the pictures, with a nice balcony and all the jungle at the back to us. I had a fantastic stay at casa coyote. Host Ivo is very professional and kind in welcoming me to the place and stayed consistently communicative throughout my stay when I needed anything. All the staff members are kind and welcoming. It’s absolutely amazing value for the price of the place. Lots of food and shopping around the area. One advice : bring bug spray! I was eaten alive hahaha…
