I had an amazing stay at ARKA. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and attentive, a very personalized experience. The food was delicious and ambiance was amazing for a relaxing retreat! Special thank you to Leyda and Bryan, they ensured that my all of my needs were met!

Room was spotless & beautiful. Had a very cozy vibe. The staff were amazing, very fast with any requests. The grounds are beautiful. Also had a private pool in our suite. The outdoor shower was great. Did not want to leave here

Phenomenal hotel . The staff is hands down the best. I was able to check in early. The plunge pool with the room is a nice touch. The breakfast included with the stay is a must. I had eggs with ham, toast, fruit and granola with yogurt: The pool with the rainfall waterfall is sophisticated. The property and rooms were like the photos listed online. It’s jungle-ly vibe but not too secluded.

A True Hidden Gem in the Tulum Jungle!This hotel is a true gem hidden in Tulum. From the minute you turn into the driveway, you completely forget there is a noisy city just a few blocks away; it feels exactly like being in the center of a jungle. The rooms are beautiful and come with your own private plunge pool. The toilet and shower were located outside the room, which was completely fine with us—I absolutely loved showering outside, and it felt like a total treat! The toilet itself is located in a closed, private room, so privacy is not an issue. Everything looked brand new. The main pool area is an oasis, complete with a wonderful swim-up bar and a beautiful waterfall feature.We loved it so much that when we needed to stay for a second night a week later, we chose to come right back here instead of booking somewhere a bit more centrally located. Just keep in mind that taxis can get a little costly since there is no ride-share in the area. After dinner, we walked back from town, which took about 30 minutes. We personally enjoy walking to check out the local stores and shop, but that format may not be for everyone. The included breakfast was delicious, and even when ordering extra items off the menu, the prices were more than fair. Just remember that you are truly immersed in a jungle environment, so definitely bring mosquito repellent. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it!

Hotel novo, lindo! Todos os ambientes limpos e muito bem cuidados. Quarto enorme e um grande destaque pra piscina/hidro no "quintal". Funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. Deixo uma sugestão apenas com relação ao café da manhã: poderia variar mais entre os dias, ficamos 3 dias e todos os dias era o mesmo menu, gostoso mas seria ótimo se variasse (o café da manhã é menu único e fixo, não é buffet). No mais, foi tudo sensancional! Ainda ajudaram meu marido a me preparar uma surpresa de aniversário de namoro :)

A experiência neste hotel foi incrível! O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi espetacular. Todos muito educados e prestativos. Para quem busca uma viagem tranquila e longe dos barulhos da cidade, este é o lugar. O hotel fica longe da zona hoteleira de Tulum e a uns 10min de carro do centro, mas vale muito a pena ficar nele. Ha opção de fazer as refeições no restaurante do hotel. As comidas são excelentes. Tudo fresquinho e feito na hora. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Ficaria novamente hospedada neste hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt im Arka Hotel in Tulum war rundum ausgezeichnet und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar war und jederzeit schnell, kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert hat. Der Room Service war erstklassig – das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig, sehr frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bot ein äußerst bequemes Bett, in dem man perfekt entspannen konnte. Besonders angenehm war auch, dass täglich frische Handtücher für Strand und Pool bereitgestellt wurden. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die ideal ist, um dem Trubel zu entkommen und vollkommen zu entspannen. Der Pool ist großzügig gestaltet, hervorragend zum Schwimmen geeignet und lädt ebenso zum Sonnen und Verweilen ein. Insgesamt ein erstklassiges Hotel mit exzellentem Service, hohem Komfort und einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Arka Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
