It was very clean and the staff is professional and super friendly. My only complaint is the lack of an elevator. Most people have luggage when traveling. It’s hard lugging suitcases upstairs.

TV didn't work. Staff came to room and reset it. It worked for maybe an hour then quit again. Complained at front desk once again so we were given another room. TV in 2nd room worked fine. We opened the microwave to heat something up and there was McDonald's take out food the previous guest had left in it.
