The outside of the hotel is rundown. The inside was dingy. We didn't even eat the breakfast because they had instant coffee. I would rate this subpar. the only good thing was the lady that checked us in. she was very kind.

I stayed in this hotel for one night while traveling through New Mexico back to Texas. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The furniture was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the TV satellite service worked well. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. The breakfast of eggs, sausage and potatoes was pretty good as well. It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel.
