I have stayed here multiple times in the past 3 years. Amazingly, the staff has been there as long, even the housekeepers! The property is sorely in need of an update….Orange patterned carpet in the rooms is really orange black from dirt. Outdoor shade umbrellas by the pool tattered & collapsing, furniture in hotel foyer threadbare, window on my room caulk so dry rotted you could put a 1:4 inch pamphlet thru it.. Breakfast excellent. Fernando & KAS employees excellent with helpfulness

My friend and I stayed at this hotel 2 nights for the Tuscon Marathon in December. It was super convenient to the start and end location. There were also plenty of options for really good food nearby. The staff had water, coffee and bagels set up really early in the morning, which was not necessary but very much appreciated. The hotel was cozy and the amenities were just right. My one complaint was that the internet was incredibly slow and I was unable to complete the work I intended to do during my downtime.

Every member of staff I met was warm, kind, and solicitous. Rooms were quiet and clean. The sofa bed had a mattress that was little more than a filthy sheet stretched over springs, noisy and uncomfortable. But if you don’t need the sofa bed, it’s great value.
