An excellent, comfortable bed, cool air conditioning. The bathroom faucet was unacceptable, with only a trickle of water coming through when trying to wash up. Also, I am very sensitive to chemicals and there was a heavy perfume or cleaning product aroma when I entered the room each time.

I liked the bed. I thought it was very comfortable. The A/C was exceptionally LOUD. The shower pan was old and stained. The flooring throughout is pretty low quality. Overall everything was okay. Nothing horrible but nothing great, either.

As a birder who visits SE Arizona several times a year, I highly recommend the Best Western. The staff ate super friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet. And the room includes breakfast 6:30-9:30am. Youcan go out birding early ghen return for a bite to eat!

Bed was uncomfortable in one room but I remembered from a previous stay that the beds were comfortable, so I thought maybe it was just that one. Luckily, the staff was extremely helpful and kind, and moved us rooms. The bed in the new room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Also the pool was clean and well maintained.

Overall a good experience, clean and quiet. One woman in the restaurant was rude and inattentive. I gave her a piece of my mind, but I don’t think it did any good. All the other staff in the restaurant were excellent. Food is great and gets to the table fast.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and enjoyed having a view of the sunrise and sunset... Sabrina at the front desk was a charm to deal with, really will miss her, she was very professional, extremely friendly, made you feel welcome as you were part of the family... The breakfast was wonderful and so were the dinners we ordered, cooked really well and the staff were very helpful when ordering... Enjoyed having front row parking due to my 93 year old Mom can't walk far... We will stay at this Best Western the next time we come to Arizona and recommend it to anyone, its in a good location, quiet, and lots of shopping opportunities without going really far...
