“The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...

“I really liked the overall feel of the condo. It was nice being able to settle in, unpack, and actually enjoy the space instead of feeling like we were just somewhere to sleep. I enjoyed having the different bedrooms and common area, especially when everyone wanted a little downtime. I also liked having the pool available when we wanted a slower day without making plans around the city.”

“Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

Después que la recepcionista entró en contacto con la propiedad entonces mejoró MUCHO la comunicación. WhatsApp pero un CALVARIO ”
