We were there on the 5th day it was open. Our rooms were so clean and nice. It was conveniently located next to the highway and the staff was fantastic. I would go there again for sure

The hotel is pretty new, very nice, the staff are very kind and helpful, however I do recommend that management should require they take care more of their image, some of the front desk girls seems they don’t brush their hair, don’t use any makeup, they should definitely look a little bit better. The room is nice, the only thing that was extremely horrible was the bed, mattress hard, I would only stay here again if they improve their bed. Everything else was very nice.

> Quarto limpo, ok. > Café da manhã, demanda acontece desde 6 h, 06:30h já tem gnt esperando, e na minha experiência deu o horário e ainda estava incompleto (a exemplo dos quentes não disponíveis) > na recepção, percebi atrapalhados, havia grupos na ocasião, mas percebi q o mais crítico era o tempo de cadastro, é muita coisa, muita pergunta, … fiz pelo Hotels, foi ótimo até pq já sou cadastrado na rede > estacionamento: a pior avaliação da unidade, na rua, aberto, pequeno, … tem estacionamento no prédio, mas sequer é isento ou se recebe um valor subsidiado, muito ruim, eu por exemplo estava com reboque e moto em cima

Lamentavelmente não há mais o jantar a la carte de sexta a domingo. O hóspede fica com a opção esquentar pratos congelados que ninguém sabe informar de qual conteúdo são. Não há alerta de que o hóspede vai ficar sem jantar, nem informações/menu dos pratos congelados, rebaixando em muito a qualidade IBIS do hotel de tubarão. Espero que seja só uma falha pontual, haja vista que sou hóspede frequente em outras unidades IBIS pelo Brasil. Essa novidade péssima no IBIS de Tubarão, derruba o conceito da marca. Rezarei muito para que volte o jantar a la carte de sexta a domingo como era antigamente. A Vandressa (restaurante) continua como PEROLA DO JANTAR de segunda a quinta. Sempre atenta ao hóspede e a reposição dos pratos do buffet, não deixa faltar nada. A Raquel, recente conhecida, tem ótima atuação durante o jantar. A Emíli (recepção) enriquece tanto o check in como check out com sua simpatia, prática, rapidez e informações precisas.

Tive uma estadia com pontos altos e baixos. O atendimento da equipe é excelente e o café da manhã é muito bom, com boas opções. No entanto, a infraestrutura do quarto deixou a desejar: a TV depende de uma conexão de internet que não funcionava, tornando-a inutilizável. Além disso, a limpeza do banheiro estava precária, a ponto de eu mesmo precisar limpá-lo para conseguir usar. Com ajustes na manutenção e no zelo, o local tem muito potencial.
