Chalets en Trusham

“Lovely little gem. Breakfast was a nice touch. Pub on site serves food and drink. Owners nice. BUT you should have a car if you are staying here. Getting a taxi can be difficult as it is away from main town. Definitely recommend staying here.”

“A very pleasant stay, the place is very quiet, accessible and with a huge parking lot. The staff was very helpful. We loved the restaurant with a great variety of dishes, which we enjoyed as much as we could in our short stay. The room, cozy and comfortable.”

“This was a quick overnight stay on the drive back from Cornwall. The off-street parking and affordability were key in our purchase. Our room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.”

“Love staying here. Lovely room with a balcony, huge bed and spotlessly clean. Staff are really nice and food is fabulous and hot. Lovely setting and so quiet. Ground floor rooms available”

“Good food great chef”

“Staff were very kind and considerate during the stay. Unfortunately, the rooms leaked a lot of sound. “Me gustó. El personal muy amable! 🤗”

“There is a lot that is exceptionally good about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful , the food and drinks of high standard and the spa area very good. The only slight downsides were poor WiFi although this seems to affect the whole village when we visited. We’d love to come back.”

“Great staff, friendly and attentive. Amazing food, real ale, extensive wine list. Reminiscent of how hotels used to be before corporate takeovers”

“Excellent location, spacious room, great breakfast, beautiful balcony with amazing views, and more importantly very nice and helpful staff 🙏👏”

“We were welcomed by the staff and shown to our room, which was spacious, clean, warm and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable with good quality pillows. The shower room was large, clean and modern. It was so reasonably priced, we expected a lot less!”

“There was a wedding party which I was advised before I arrived. The hotel called me to confirm this which I was happy with. They brought the evening meals to the room which was very enjoyable. I have no issues with this whatsoever. They kept me informed. ”

Room 6 is basically in the roof, OK in winter but would be very warm in summer and noisy with gulls around as overlooking the other rooftops. Toilet had a macerator which was noisy and didn't quite flush properly once or twice - wouldn't like that again! Loose dog in the hallway when I came back from walk- barking and growling so rang bell for owner to come out. It was owner's...
