Loved the location, a short walk from train station. The award winning breakfast was as wonderful as advertised. Tip: buy breakfast onsite from hotel, only 200kr (~$20US). Also only on days when you’re really in mood for large meal, as everything is tempting. Trondheim tip: newish restaurant called Funky. Inventive cooking, super cool vibe, with a DJ spinning vinyl.

Great hotel with good location.

Nice hotel location and clean. Room was nice with seaview but close to trainrail so quite noisy. The brakefast and lunch here was absolutely lovely witha great variaty of food. The brakefast made the rate higher :)

This is a wonderful property in a beautiful part of a very nice town. Parking is the only issue and it is minor. Parking is offsite in a public underground lot a short walk, but a walk nonetheless, from the hotel

Just booked a standard room for my parents-in-law. But mother-in-law manged to match her SAS status to Scandic friends, which gave her a big upgrading, to a suite! What a great birthday gift she got!!! They do enjoy the Norways best breakfast and great River view. They also tried the gym and it works quite alright. Great location with several restautants around, easy to get food and drinks. strongly recommend!

This is supposed to have an award-winning breakfast, however, due to the strike, I have to believe that the breakfast was limited. Location was great. I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. This was a last-minute Hotel change due to the strike Respectfully, Hotels.com should have paid for the cost differences of the hotels when the Radisson Blu close their hotel for the strike. Radisson broke their contract with Hotels.com. My contract with Hotels.com was still intact. BAD FORM Hotels.com!!!!!!

Unfortunately there were a lot of conferences going on in the hotel. We had a room on the far side of the hotel where we had to navigate stairs and a long walk past the many meeting rooms and people at the meetings, also on the Saturday night there was a night conference/party with food and champagne and music which became noisy on the evening. We always stay here but next time this hotel will not be our first choice. The breakfast is always exceptional but with the amount of guests it was very crowded and found it a problem to find a table at peak times. I was asked at reception on check in would I like the room cleaned and fresh towels on the second day and I said yes. This request did not happen which is bad considering that the hotel is not cheap to stay at.

Det er to ting som er bra med dette hotellet; utvalget til frokost og beliggenheten. Bortsett fra dette er hotellet nedslitt. Hotellet er preget av manglende renhold og en elendig logistikk i frokostsalen. Her er det mye Ä gÄ pÄ. Det virker faktisk som hotellet mangler gode rutiner generelt. Det er grunn til Ä framheve at det ble gitt god hjelp ved innsjekk, sÄ takk til denne ene ansatte!
