The room fulfilled its purpose - a place to sleep overnight. There were laundry facilities available. Our toilet ran all night, so I had to close the bathroom door. The tap on the sink also leaked. These were minor inconveniences. The room was fairly clean and check-in/out was easy. Breakfast food was available and there was a little something for everyone.

Room had a odour when walking in. It was also very warm in room and only a fan no working thermostat or air conditioner. Air conditioner only worked as a fan so barely any cooler air. Beds were clean and bathroom area carpets seem unkept. Deformed had a flimsy deadbolt and no extra chain or bolt for security. Television only had cable so only 3-4 English channels manly news. Continental breakfast was clean and organized and offered seating No elevator for second floor

Room was clean upon arrival. Room was NOT cleaned once during our stay (we were there for 7 days!). I had to ask for clean towels at front desk. Cleaning staff was rude. All employees I dealt with at front desk were helpful and welcoming. :). Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee and food was always “stocked”. Staff kept the room very clean and welcoming. :). Parking was convenient and accessible to room until large group of guests were allowed to take over parking lot drinking and partying, blocking entrance doors and sitting in lawn chairs throughout parking lot also blocking vehicles entering and exiting lot - also forcing people to park closer to back of hotel. Overall hotel met needs.

Staff was good and helpful but the place was not very clean. The floors in our room had not been swept. The bathroom had hair in it from previous guests. Beds looked fine though. Rooms needed dusting. Windows were very very dirty. Breakfast room was not extremely clean either. The napkins dispensers were splattered with food and the baby highchair was so dirty that we fed our baby on our knees. The top part of the chair was on the floor in a corner. The breakfast was complete though which was nice with bread, croissants, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, yogourt etc.
