“Had a lovely time, staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too...

“Just got home after a lovely stay at Rowton Castle. The staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Food was good and excellently presented. The grounds were amazingly kept. First visit but definitely not the last.”

“The room was quirky and clean Staff very welcoming and helpful Food was lovely and plentiful”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, as was the evening meal we had in the restaurant. Our room was small but with a lovely bathroom. We found it quite noisy as the main road was right outside.”

“Basics but clean , brilliant location right near the town but no parking”

“This is the coziest place in Wales. The room is bright and comfortable. The staff, especially Melody at the front desk are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. I liked it so much I extended my stay. It’s very convenient to town and world heritage sites.”
