We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and had a great experience! The beach is awesome and much quieter and more relaxing than many other places nearby. The location is perfect, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic, but they have everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Will for sure be back! Room was clean, beach access was 24/7 which was nice to be able to have dinner in front of the water, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown traverse city ! Breakfast was on the smaller side but honestly a perfect amount of options! Very quiet at night. Staff was always eager to give input on activities for the day and were very helpful. Could not recommend enough!

Our stay at Brio was great. Although the room is on the small side it really met all of our needs. We did not use the fridge or microwave but appreciated it being available. The beach area was amazing. Clean with plenty of seating options and a cool fire pit. We were very pleasantly surprised to get a hot breakfast because the info we were given stated otherwise. The staff was more than happy to help with whatever we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Newly renovated motel with a lovely location right on the lake and a sand beach. Comfortable beds, handy mini refigerator, nice bathroom with slate floor and strong water pressure. Close to the road, but peaceful overall. Good breakfast selections. A/C was very loud, but it worked well. Great place for a short stay!

This place was very well kept up right next to the beach. The workers are very helpful, but it is a studio if you’re looking for something a little bit bigger get something bigger because this is a New York style studio, but very nice and clean.

Sweet spot with easy access to all Traverse City has to offer! Was wonderful to have the private sandy beach, they even have a great bonfire pit! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed our stay!
