“Booked in the website for the same night and called the owner to confirm that it was ok. He told me that I had made a mistake and that the it was booked for the next day night, not same day. He was right so I asked him if he could change it for the same day but he said he had no available rooms (??) so I told him that I would try to modify it and solve it with the website. I called hotels.com and they told me that the booking I had done was non-remboursable (it was the only option for that...
