Exceptional Cuisine and friendly staff, though one of the waiters acted a bit territorial ;) Make sure you let the reception know on which side of the hotel you plan on having breakfast, if you want to join friends who stay at the other side of the hotel. Great spa with a rooftop terrace surrounded by an an unbelievable Dolomites mountain range. The gym needs improvements. Overall an excellent experience.”

“The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...
