“お部屋はきれいで、木のにおいがしてよかったです。ただ、洞爺湖のきれいな景色をみれますが、花火は部屋によって微妙です。丁度みえそうなところに木があるので、半分以上はみれませんでした。期待していたけど、音だけだったので残念。週末価格だったので、結構高かったですが、チェックインの際、雨の中、荷物も持っていたのに、荷物を持ってくださらなかったので、今は、そういったサービスは、期待できないのかもしれません。よって、３にさせて頂きます。”

“The location is beautiful, and the nightly fireworks are a nice experience. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The room was not very clean, with stains on the floor and dust on the window ledges. The soundproofing was also very poor, and we could clearly hear noise from other rooms. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and the value for money was disappointing. Lake Toya is worth visiting, but I would recommend considering other accommodation options.”

“We had a great stay here for one night. Excellent services, very spacious, modern room, great dinner and breakfast buffet with lots of varieties and local produces. Convenient location directly in front of the Donan Bus if you’re coming from Sapporo. Awesome lake view with fireworks. The property is beautifully decorated with plenty of lounge area.”

“This seasoned hotel turned out very satisfying to me. Though at one end of the beach park, it boasts a great view, with access to spacious beach front. Just as the picture of its exterior onsen spa shows, you can see the mountain at the far end of the lake. Also the check-in time is not as restrictive as some online review complained (before 6pm) so more flexible for a busy travel schedule. The staff is courteous and responsive to guests' need when they observe it. The only challenge for guests...

“Nice and inexpensive hotel at a great location. I could see the fireworks from my room. They had welcome services where free drinks and tsunami foods are served until 9pm. Onsen facility was very nice. Strongly recommended.”

“The onsen design room was very comfortable and spacious with great view of the lake and blueberry garden. The amazing staff from the valet attendant to the checkin assistant greeted us with warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Nice touch having to remove our shoes before stepping on the tatami corridor. There are shoe lockers at the entrance of each floor corridor. The in-room onsen was lovely. There’s frosted glass (balcony railing) for privacy otherwise would have great lake/mountain...

“The location is in the opposite side of Toyako Onsen, and there are very few óptions of public transportation, good if you have a car. The Park in front in the Lake is nice. ”
