“The location is beautiful, and the nightly fireworks are a nice experience. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing.
The room was not very clean, with stains on the floor and dust on the window ledges. The soundproofing was also very poor, and we could clearly hear noise from other rooms.
Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and the value for money was disappointing. Lake Toya is worth visiting, but I would recommend considering other accommodation options.”

“Positives:
The mountain and lake view was breathtaking. The price was reasonable for a summer weekend. The area around the property is walkable with a nice sidewalk, Parking was easy and convenient.
Weakness: The bath and shower area was dated. No elevator for the 2nd floor rooms. Steps are narrow for all of us with larger feet (difficult to navigate).”

“お部屋はきれいで、木のにおいがしてよかったです。ただ、洞爺湖のきれいな景色をみれますが、花火は部屋によって微妙です。丁度みえそうなところに木があるので、半分以上はみれませんでした。期待していたけど、音だけだったので残念。週末価格だったので、結構高かったですが、チェックインの際、雨の中、荷物も持っていたのに、荷物を持ってくださらなかったので、今は、そういったサービスは、期待できないのかもしれません。よって、３にさせて頂きます。”
