We enjoyed how comfortable the bed was and the room was very clean. So nice to have a good set of towels in the bathroom. The staff were great and helpful answering all of our questions. Easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay here again.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
Location was perfect for our needs. I experienced problems during our stay related to room cleanliness and with no staff follow through on another concern (3 different staff I addressed on this other concern). Manager initially addressed the cleanliness/accessibility concern by relocating us to another room which was better for the accessibility. Our experience was such that we will not stay at this Comfort Inn again when returning to the valley.
