El personal es amable, por fuera y el lobby es bonito, en los pasillos falta algo de limpieza el elevador tiene en las correderas de las puertas como pedazos de cristal. El cuarto está mal acomodado la TV sobre la puerta del baño, la puerta abre para un lado incómodo, el mueblesito para al ropa no cabe casi nada la mesita es muy pequeña, las sábanas y fundas están limpias pero las almohada sin funda está manchada de sudor. En la ventana del baño hay colillas de cigarro y llevan mucho tiempo, también el baño está incómodo pues está mal acomodado. Pero por el precio cumple aunque en las imágenes se ve mejor que en persona. El personal de recepción y restaurante es amable y servicial. El desayuno es muy muy sencillo pero mejor que nada, y puedes pedir algunas otras cosas con costo aparte. Hay muchas tientas al rededor y lugares para comer en seguida del OXXO hay unos desayunos muy ricos y económicos. En la noche se siente peligroso el lugar.

En primera, la imagen mostrada por el costo no coincidia, por lo tanto reclame por el valor de la inversion realmente una habitacion mas amplia, lo que me habian asignado era un simple cuarto limitado por todos lados y sin luz... Despues de mi reclamo, la habitacion a la que me reasignaron fue justa, limpia y de buen tamaño, la recepcionista siempre mostro preocupacion y trato de solucionar la queja siempre atenta y servicial, de eso no me puedo quejar... Quizas mi experiencia en linea no fue la que esperaba, pero creo mejor a la siguiente hacerlo de manera directa para tener claro los precios y no volver a pasar por algo asi...

Llegue al hotel y no les apareció mi reserva. Despues de hora y media de estar revisando este problema con Expedia, me dicen que pague de mi bolsa, pero en el hotel ya no hay habitaciones disponibles. Asi que tuve que buscar otro hotel. Mal por Expedia!!

La ubicación del hotel para la actividad que realice fue excelente, se encuentra en el centro de Torreón cerca de muchas tiendas. Estuve en el Maratón Lala y la meta esta a 3 cuadras del hotel lo que para mi fue excelente

La limpieza puede mejorar, el desayuno que se incluye es mínimo, tomar en cuanta eso si piensas q con incluir este desayuno ya la hiciste para todo el día no es así, fallo el ascensor y batallamos con una persona de la tercera edad, si vas con niños tima en cuenta que la habitación es muy pequeña, fuera de eso, si vas en pareja o solo es un muy bien hotel para 1 o 2 noches, pero si quieres ir de vacaciones con tus hijos o si llevas enfermos a los hospitales de especialidad de la zona, creo q no es la mejor opción.
