“This is an amazing place to stay. It is a short 8 minutes dive from the ferry port but absolutely worth it. The room was spotlessly clean. When you arrive it is a bit scary because there is just a small plaque on the wall next to a big metal gate. When you go through you are welcomed by beautiful well kept gardens with a BBQ and covered eating area next to an fabulous pool with comfy sunbeds. The host is really friendly and informative and the breakfast was delicious. Fresh bread, tomato salad,...

“Baglio Occhipinti feels like staying at a family’s country home. It’s very peaceful, beautifully decorated, food is just perfect. It is truly a magic experience. The breakfast spread every morning surprises you with the most delicious bites. Figs with prosciutto, crostata that tastes like it just came out of the oven. We took the cooking class and I must say it was a blast. The chef is the nicest and will forever live in our hearts. We had so much fun and learned how to make pasta from...

“Lovely amenities including a good size pool and an excellent breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful with plenty of ideas on where to visit etc This is a bit hard to find - use Google maps for the best directions- but worth the effort. A few miles outside Ragusa so a car is essential. Very happy to recommend”

“The photos are not up to date. It was adequate.”

“Had a wonderful time! Breakfast quality was top-notch, room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was first-class. We’ll definitely be back!! Our only disappointment was that no dinner options were available on-site.”

“Nice clean room and easy access. Street parking was OK (late September). Room was a bit noisy as seems to have a connecting door to the kitchen of the next door apartment.”
