Property is new, clean and had staff with good attitude. However, the room i stayed was rather spartan. No electric kettle for tea or coffee . If you dont need a kitchenette, then this is a very good property

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the hospitality. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make some lovely memories. Three days went by so quickly, and we would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for a better stay! Shout out Ali, he's a real one😀

A great option for the area. Very clean and new room. Helpful staff. And more towel bars and hooks than most other hotel rooms in Canada - even much more expensive sive properties.

Anywhere we go we choose to stay at Tru’s. Always always so clean makes me comfortable to stay and main reason I choose to come back showers always spotless. Also every location I have been to across the US and Canada the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.. like they genuinely like their job I always walk away thinking like wow they were super nice. Such a good experience every single time. Love love love. Book it

Modern, bright, super clean new hotel offering basic but very nice accommodations (including breakfast) in a decent price range. Public washroom had run out of toilet paper and paper towels -- should perhaps be checked more frequently.

The stay was ok Clean rooms and having wood floors was awesome. Nice and helpful staff. Only thing is breakfast was not being replenished on time so lots of people waiting around. Also not sure if they are doing construction in some of the rooms but kept hearing thundering noise like dropped large furniture enough to knock the charger off the wall. Otherwise nice hotel

I booked this stay over Expedia/Hotels.com! The staff is friendly but yet, I wouldn’t recommend staying here! When you book with Hotels.com this Hilton says “you pay at property” they use your Hotels.com cc or debit card information to later double charge you on your stay! Very sad experience and hopefully this issue is going to be resolved soon!

They do not take cash or debit. You have to use your credit card even when purchasing the snacks they have by the front desk. The staff were friendly but not helpful. Breakfast was not kept hot so we didnt eat it. It was brought to the staffs attention and they took it away and eventually brought out other food. There is nothing near by other than a tim hortons.

Arrived about 2:10, people in lobby, went to find handicapped washroom which was a mess. When I returned finally found someone and was told no rooms available for 30 min. Was told they were sold out the night before, possible but no one was staying tonight. Breakfast was served at sister property next door and was a joke. At my hotel looked like a great set up for breakfast, at the other hotel tiny crowed space, food put in shelves, that you needed small hands to access. For example two pieces of bacon on a plate that you were to reach in with tongs to access. They ran out of coffee. Hilton hotels should be embarrassed. The handicapped washroom was spotless when I returned, the beds were comfortable, room was well laid out and spacious. Furniture in lobby and dining areas of both hotels was comfortable and modern. Plenty of free handicapped parking and parking.
