This was great for the price and location. Getting in touch with the staff was a bit difficult. I strongly recommend if one wants to stay close to downtown and in Chinatown/Kensington Market in particular. Easy to get on transit.

The stay was for one night to have somewhere safe to stay after a night out. I booked for three people but there were only enough bedding/pillows and towels for two people. The room was simple and clean, the bathroom was tiny and the shower needs a lip. The security in the building was very spirited in his duties to meet us at the door upon returning from a night out to admonish grown woman for speaking too loudly on the way to our room then following us and standing outside the door l, aggravating the situation. The entrance of this compact accommodation building is a bit hard to find (due to very narrow shop front, right above a fried chicken place) but well located near a lot of eateries, and a great Blues Bar (Grossman) around the block. Clean functional rooms but quite basic with no frills. Communication with the host was very good as they were very responsive!

Clean and nicely-decorated room with everything we needed, including a comfy bed. However, the windows looked onto the street and the curtains were sheer so it was bright all night. Bring an eye mask and earplugs. Also, make sure you email your ID and damage deposit ahead of time in order to get the keypad code, or you'll be locked out, since there's no front desk. The help line number is easy to text, though, if you get stuck, and they were quick and helpful.

It’s a very nice little spot that feels very safe. The rooms are well kept. There don’t seem to be any staff members to assist you, all the information is sent digitally which isn’t awful but the process of getting the information was a little stressful just because it was all automated

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the pictures in the ad were a bit misleading -- I stayed in the queen room and there were no windows. The lighting could have been improved, it was a little harsh. Overall okay but not sure it was worth the price, although I had to book at the last minute so it is possible there are better deals to find.

It was a great place for a great price. Just felt weird that we had to give a 250$ deposit via interact if the room is already 255$. The window we had was a skylight with no curtain and there was a big crack under the door, we could literally pass our fingers under. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

Well worth the money

The rooms had plenty of windows for natural light, and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was small but bright, with a nice layout.

Clean floors, sheets, bathroom, towels. Higher-up ledges were super dusty, some corners had dust. Window didn’t stay open. Battery cover on ac remote didn’t hold. HVAC didn’t seem to respond to remote input, except for on/off. Door hardware was crooked and not tight. Tiny window is great, but didn’t stay open, had to prop it up with a rolled-up washing rag . These are normal maintenance items that are generally forgivable and can easily be lived with. Small attention to details like this would make a difference. Generally, I was comfortable and pleased with bed mattress quality, nicely appointed bathroom/shower.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Everything work. Air conditioning very quiet. Slept very well compact but very nice bathroom. There was occasional noise from other guests coming and going in the hallway, but that’s unavoidable given the limited space available. Overall, a very positive experience. We will likely return and would absolutely recommend it.
