Stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and had a phenomenal stay. We were welcomed by Julian at check in and he was great to work with. He gave us some food recommendations and other tips since it was our first stay in Toronto. All of the staff were super helpful and they handled the film festival that was going on as well during our stay. Lots of moving parts but it never affected our stay. Plan on making this an annual visit we had such a great stay.

Room was sparkling clean, and maintained that way throughout the 5 day stay. Great gym. The "lap pool" was way way way too hot for swimming, but substituted well for a hot tub. Great location, great surroundings and a very friebdly and helpful staff.

2nd stay at this fabulous hotel. Water stations with hot, cold and fizzy water near elevators is a great addition. Rooms refurbished since we last stayed to an amazing standard. Front desk staff are friendly and prompt resolving any issues. Bar had a good happy hour.

Excellent location with many dining options. The room was beautiful and spacious with high ceiling. The only minor issue was that coffee capsules and toiletries were not replenished every day but the front staff gave us coffee capsules when asked. Definitely will stay again.

I have nothing but good things to say! The location to events, restaurants and others was convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, spacious and mindful of needs of the customer for a nights stay. The property had easy valet parking, a place to grab a tea or drink and some food if guests wanted to stay in. Over all a wonderful stay. Thank you to all the staff at the Sutton.
