The hotel is beautiful and sparkling clean. All facilities work. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. It seemed like it only took minutes and most of the staff knew our names. The dining room has some unique options and is fairly priced. We will definately return and relax and enjoy ourselves. The Old Town area is perfect for visitors with countless eating options and miscellaneous shops.

I recently stayed in one of the lower rooms with a patio; unfortunately it was right next to the main fans etc from the restaurant so rather noisy. Parking was rather chaotic, as in first being told to park in a particular spot during my 3-night stay, only to return one evening to find my spot was taken. I was then told to take any of the reserved spots. The hotel was kind enough to reverse any parking charges and I can only assume that this is why. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Wish

Had a great time, clean and quiet hotel. Perfect for a mini getaway. Brunch at the hotel's restaurant was solid too. Don't pay for parking, there's free parking across the street, receptionist guided us there.

An absolutely perfect place to stay in the Newmarket area! Gorgeous decor, attentive staff, we just loved it! Highly highly recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor for dinner! The food is incredible. The view is even more incredible! Breakfast was full of flavour and healthy portions! I can’t say enough about this place. Thank you!
