Over all the stay was great. The room is very small, but we were not there to stay in a hotel the whole time. The bed was very comfortable, tv, ac, very helpful staff.

Well located amongst a variety of shops, restaurants and amenities. Room was well sized and maintained. Some signs of wear, but nothing that would deter me from staying again. Less than 10 min walk from the Osgoode TTC station.

The hotel location is excellent. The staff was very helpful when I arrived early, and they brought my luggage to my room when it was time for me to check in. The room was well-designed, comfortable and clean.

Really central location near lots of amazing food and art museums and parks, and we really liked the cute little room. Super clean and the AC was strong. Very responsive and friendly staff! Had some early morning maintenance noise that they quickly put to a stop once we sent a text. Would love to stay here again!

A bit smaller than expected but It was fine for me. For two people it would be cosy not impossible. Staff incredibly kind, on check in & check out Staff helped me carry my luggage to/from room. Location was great, looks of shopping stores around, walking distance to bars and grocery stores. Did not experience any outside noise at night

Great location and close by to shops and restaurants. Bedroom and bathroom are clean and newly renovated. The elevator was broken and we had to go up to 3rd floor but the staff was helpful enough to carry our bags to our room and also to/from storage.

The location is excellent but the room itself is small. But with 2 people for 2 nites, it's still manageable. No elevator is kind of inconvenient to us. Holding 2 luggage going to the 4/F is a bit of challenge for seniors like ourselves. Staff is very helpful.

Location is incredible, tiny room but high ceilings, no microwave but they did say I could use one in the office, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, coffee machine and fridge, lots of storage for space including under bed. Heat pump takes some finessing to keep consistent temp in small space. Perfect for one. Would recommend for performers. Staff very responsive by text.

Room is what you would expect in downtown Toronto, small but full bathroom, lots of storage, a fridge and small coffee perk. The beds were comfortable, and thankfully the Heatpump/AC was working cause it was warm during our stay! I can not stress how lovely the staff were from the moment we landed, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind :) Location is perfect, a 10-15 min walk for everything we wanted to do and see. Food options are endless around the Beverly! Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean enough. We were going to be out all day and only stayed for one night so I wasnt too picky. There was stain on the door and the wall that was touching my pillow so it was kind of uncomfortable. There was also an issue with how humid our room got so I kept the A/C on to manage. But other than that, the location was super convenient, check in and check out was easy, staff was super nice and helpful. A little pricy for the size but it had everything I needed for one night.

Very nice location! Love the coffee shop/ice cream shop on the ground floor. Many public transportation options are nearby, and there are many bars/restaurants nearby at night. You can’t hear the sound of the street, but you can hear the shower sound, door sound of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs.
