Stayed for the Regional Canada Pageant as a titleholder. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a suite and it was lovely. Restaurant food was also excellent and we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was truly amazing. Best breakfast included I have ever had. Choices were fantastic as far as protein high foods and not your typical waffles and cereal carbs. Chef making omelette was top shelf. Food prep and presentation five out of five. My only complaint with this property is its location. Not much around there to do if you have no rental and there was no where to sit anywhere outside despite going around the entire outside looking for somewhere to sit. Shuttles were excellent. Well run place.

The hotel itself was good, and the staff were accommodating, polite, and helpful. However, I found the online pictures and description of the room somewhat misleading. I booked the room believing I was booking a suite with a separate living area. Upon arrival, I discovered that it was actually a standard room with access to a general club lounge. The way the lounge was presented in the booking photos made it appear as though the living area was attached to the room. I would strongly recommend that the hotel clearly and explicitly explain that the club lounge is a **shared/common area** and is not part of the individual room or suite. This would help ensure that future guests have accurate expectations and avoid making the same mistake I did when booking.
