We always stay here when we come to Toronto. It is the perfect location for everything. The rooms are always spotless and the staff is super friendly and helpful for directions, and advice on the goings on in the city. We love it here! You can also walk to all the main locations around the city from here too.

The service was excellent. Staff was also very willing to extend extra help like store luggages beyond the check in and check out time, warming food. The room was clean and in good condition. Only negative thing about the suite was a bit noise from an enclosed equipment, possibly furnace. But we had sound sleep.

Our Room was clean, had 2 x bedrooms with double beds, a kitchenette with microwave and full fridge. The location was in the Distillery section of Toronto and easy walking distance or a short Uber ride to the downtown core making it an ideal spot to stay. I highly recommend this place for short stay visits to Toronto.

Positives of our stay at this hotel was the staff was friendly and helpful and the propery is clean and easy to navigate. The rooms are unique. It is a full dorm style room. A small common area with minimal seating and 2 separate bedrooms. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the AC works only when the sun is not beating down on the windows. For the pricing this is a decent option, but the bedding will deter another stay at this property

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful, but both of the elevators did not work for 4 out of 5 days that we were there. And only one of two elevators worked on half the first day and the last day that we were staying at the residence. The power also went out and lights were only on the hallways. Then, the fire alarm went off at 6:30 in the morning due to faulty panel. The location was very convenient. And the separate rooms in the suite were helpful.

The staff was excellent . Easy check in. Building was not that clean. The beds are not big enough for two people. There was a kitchen with no utensils or glassware. A person in our party had an allergic reaction to something in room. Management refunded us the second night which was appreciated.

The location was great, facilities clean but with a kitchenette- a kettle, mugs, coffee maker and spoons would have been great. An extra layer of room darkening curtains would have also been good and a lamp. The price for the room was marked up double for FIFA. A good place to stay for a longer stretch of time.
