Decent place to stay of your just looking for a room to sleep in. Rooms are small and quite warm. Each floor has about 5 rooms that share a bathroom. Bathroom facilities were okay but could have been cleaner. There is also a small kitchen and sitting area with a outdoor balcony. Did the job for a decent price.

The house is close to Finch West Station (Line 1), which is very convenient. The room was clean, and two towels were provided. There was a shared washroom on the same floor, with shampoo and soap available. However, the shower curtain wasn’t very clean and had some mold on it, which made me feel uncomfortable. I also didn’t notice an exhaust fan in the washroom. The kitchen had a microwave, a fridge, plates, and mugs. Tea bags and a kettle were provided, as well as coffee and a coffee maker.
