Nice, clean room for a quick trip. Hotel is a nice size, bathrooms are outdated but pretty decent. Loved the location, really close to major highways to get to and from other areas of the GTA. Definitely worth the price we paid!

The location was great! Nice water pressure in the shower. Our AC/heat unit was loud. If it wasn't so late I probably would've asked for a different room. Nice variety at breakfast. We didn't use it but the pool looked great.

The check-in process was easy, and the breakfast and pool were okay. However, I was disappointed with the way the checkout was handled. My room key card was deactivated about 10–15 minutes before the official checkout time, and I also received a call to my room at 11:00 a.m. asking what time I would be leaving. I ended up taking only 10 extra minutes after the checkout time, and the housekeeper was already waiting at the door. It felt very uncomfortable and rushed. I understand that checkout times are important, but I had paid for the night, and I don’t think guests should feel pressured or treated this way over just a few extra minutes. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially because the stay felt like it was being treated as a strict 20-hour period rather than a full night’s accommodation.

You get what you paid for. It’s just a regular good hotel to have an overnight quick stay or along the route. It’s dated and needs an upgrade. The bed isn’t comfortable and the pillows are small just like they were from the car or those in the living area but not in a bedroom environment. The staff though doing their best are overwhelmed and you feel rushed and not given the full attention. Breakfast is just what it is nothing special just the basic to tide you over to the next meal for the day. Parking is tight and not much for accessibility parking is provided. The lights in the rooms are sleepy and needs some perking up.

Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had it once and didn’t the rest of the week. Check in took forever and the clerk barely said 4 words to me. Been a week and still don’t have my deposit returned to my credit card. When I advised staff that a garbage was full in the breakfast area and over flowing onto the floor he told me to “just use another one”. The patio area outside the pool was cluttered with junk, a Pilon, a hose some other things laying about and was there all week we stayed. Garbage in hallways, there were two cherry tomatoes in our hallway for the better part of the day. Stained carpet in our room. Truly got the sense of why bother talking to any staff. Can not believe this is a choice property. Bed was unimaginably comfortable though I’ll give them that.

It was just a one stay over, and my wife, and we were please with our stay. The check in was quick, and friendly as was the check out too. The complimentary breakfast was excellent all in all very satisfied with service, and stay.
