The staff were excellent I have no complaints there. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The walls however are paper thin and I might as well have been in the room with my neighbours as the spoke on the phone on speaker or too each other from 5:30-7:30 am on a Sunday morning. The room I had was ground floor facing the parking lot where a couple was having a domestic argument at 1 am. I will not stay there again because of the lack of sound proofing between rooms.

We've been coming to thr Park Inn for years whenever we are in Markham for tournaments. Our stays have always been excellent. I will say, the place is starting to show signs of wear and tear though. Towel racks were falling out of the walls, bed was starting to get lumpy and just generally needs some updating. Still comfortable, cheap, and convenient. But if maintenance is not done more frequently, this will change

The customer service is great and the staff was very helpful with and efficient with my check and check out. However, the hotel is very run down. The hallway to the room looked like something from a horror movie with stains everywhere, and then when you get into the room your first impression is okay but after a closer look at everything you really start to notice stuff. Mold in the bathroom, the light fixtures are loose on the wall, the stains on the chair in the corner, the stains on the light fixture as well, and it was just hard to be comfortable in a room like that. The gym they have there is also very run down, one of their two treadmills was out of service and their cable machine was broken. And I didn't go in it but from the looks of the pool it looked pretty rough as well. Again, the staff was great but once the new hotel next to it is finished they should probably consider bulldozing that place.

Smelly, dirty place. If you get the downstairs room, If you have to pass through the service area, where all the carts, all clothes for cleaning are stored. Not at all safe for kids, there are fan running openly in lobby to dry out the place which is high risk for kids.
