The hotel is located in a great spot. Breakfast was delicious and the service at the desk and in the restaurant was great. My kids loved the pool, the water was warm and the gym was nice too.

Very clean, easy parking on site (pay fee with room), super clean and great comfortable room and pillows (important). There are some great bars right in front (Dollys for line dancing) and cafe Nicole downstairs is a big win with a cute quasi Parisian feel patio along the corridor.

Excellent location right in the downtown, 10 mins walk to Union station. Super comfy beds, great breakfast and lovely relaxing lounge areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location and close to Union Station so we took the train from the airport and walked a few blocks to the hotel. A PLUS! Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was generous and enough variety for all dietaries. We also enjoyed our room on the 7th floor looking out to the street. Wasn't noisy at all!
