Staff were very friendly. The stay was perfect for solo travel with ideal location. There was some wear and tear in the room but did not take away from enjoying my stay.

A great location in Toronto at Yonge, just south of King. Close to the VIA and GO stations. Competitively priced for its location. The room was good- no complaints!

Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Hotel was cute and well maintained. A little wear in the room but understandable with the age of the building.

I believe this is one of the oldest hotels in Toronto. With that said, it was perfectly fine place to stay with a good downtown location. We were able to walk with our bags to Union Station to catch the UP to the airport. Staff was very nice and professional. Rooms are small, but adequate for the value.

The staff were very helpful and amazing! The breakfast was not buffet, but a choice of 2 mains, fruit or yogurt parfait, toast, juice & coffee served to you! Recommend this hotel!

Great little hotel in downtown area. parking is in a nearby garage and is expensive; parking anywhere in Toronto is expensive. Had breakfast one morning and it was very good. Rooms are small and do not have a wardrobe or closet, no dresser and no fridge. I would still recommend it for location and clenliness.

Toilet wasn’t flushed when I arrived. Bathtub and sink had serious drainage problems. The room was dark and needed a lamp at the desk. The staff was great. Fantastic character and charm of an old hotel. Love the lobby musician.

This is not a hotel for people traveling by car! No place to drop off passengers or luggage, no staff to help you, no place to park an oversized vehicle within half a mile. I was told to “go park and walk with my luggage” back to the hotel. Wow. Room was large, quiet, and beds were comfy. For the price and location—a good deal. Bath was tiny but functional.
