Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, they have a make your own breakfast sandwich station with lots of options, including turkey bacon. I had an issue when checking in which the manager (Raj) quickly took care of, even though the issue was beyond his control. He was very compassionate, seemed to understand why I was so upset and made it right at no extra cost to me, which I greatly appreciated. Being on a fixed income and travelling with 3 of my grandchildren, I wanted our night away to be perfect and thanks to RAJ, it was.

The room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The common areas, including the entrance and the pool, were also well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. If that were all, I would have gladly given the hotel a 5-star review. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible. It was by far the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Everything was cold (the muffins were practically frozen), the selection was extremely limited, and it was exactly the same every day throughout our 4-day stay. Nothing seemed to be freshly prepared on-site. I chose this hotel specifically because breakfast was included, especially since I’m traveling with three children. Unfortunately, we ended up having to eat out instead.

The staff was amazing. Especially Allen. The rooms were okay. The toilet lid would not stay up, the carpets smelled not great and our channel changer was covered in something sticky. I think ice cream. The pool was great. Overall not bad but also not great.
