The location was perfect - went to Toronto for Pride and this hotel was one block away. It was close to everything downtown and the historic Maple Leaf Gardens (now an upscale grocery) is next door. The location is great! It's steps away from Starbucks and Loblaws grocery. The Hot Pot restaurant is a great experience. We took a stroll down Yonge Street and got ice cream. I arrived early and checked my bags with their porter, Ash got us a better room situation than I booked — despite it being one of the busiest weekends of the year, and all went smoothly. Great hotel. Great staff. They were super friendly and ready to help. Like most downtown properties, breakfast was not included which adds to the cost of visiting, although breakfast diner options are close by. We found the restaurant was overpriced so went elsewhere. Beds were comfy and the room was clean and tidy. Right next to the subway station and easy walk to most places you may want to visit. Next door to old Maple Lead Gardens. Would stay again.

The same girl checked us in and out - I believe her name was Tanisha - she was wonderful. The Porter was amazing and I wish I could remember his name. And the two men working the breakfast buffet were amazing as well. All were so very friendly and helpful! The only issue was that we thought the breakfast buffet was included, but it was not!
