It was incredible! The staff were lovely and our view out the window showed the CN tower, it was everything I needed. The hotel was very close to a subway stop and easy to get around from.

After treking around the CNE, we slipped into the lovely warm pool which is half inside and half outside. It restored our sore muscles. The room was clean and it's size was a pleasant surprise. A definite 10 out 0f 10!!

The staff here were absolutely amazing! They seamlessly accommodated our early arrival (a special thanks to Natalia) and stayed in touch throughout our trip, texting us updates and proactively asking if they could assist with anything. It truly made our stay feel personal. 😊 We also took advantage of the gym, which was so well-equipped that it felt just like being back at our own gym at home.Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
