The condo is fantastic. Something out of a magazine really. Super comfortable and with great views and all the amenities needed. But check-in was a nightmare. I showed up in my scheduled time and no one was there. I also could never get a live person on Globalstay, only AI texts and voicemail. As there were no other rooms available in Toronto, I was booking a flight to just go back home when my host finally arrived in the lobby, 3.5 hours late. If you book this place, good luck checking in.

I booked this location because of it's proximity to my work meetings. Location is great. Parking nearby in public parking is expensive. Condo is very small, which was expected, smaller than most hotel rooms. Global Stay is a very shady company. They don't talk to you, they only text and only very slowly. The "representetives" who are supposed to meet you at the door are shady. It was a lady who couldn't speak English. The condo was 85 degrees when I entered. AC didn't work and you can't get help at all! Internet was not working at all and again, couldn't get any assistance from texting or from the phone number provided for help. Had to contact Expedia. They helped me to switch to a near by hotel in the middle of the night so I can get sleep. Would not recommend one bit!
