“The curb appeal had much to be desired with the garbage around the property. The check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean but was in desperate need of an upgrade. The furnishings were large, ornate and glued together in many places. There was a large brown stain on an armchair that should have been dealt with prior to letting the room. A hot breakfast was included which was a welcome surprise. The hash brown patties were so overcooked they were inedible until our server cooked them...

“Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. “Close to the downtown. Parking and a space to unload the vehicle close to our unit. Ice for water bottles. Breakfasts were delicious and staff very helpful.”

“The hotel has a good location with a nice clean and comfortable room for a very good price. The ice machine was broken, and pool/fitness room not available. The corridors were filthy, and often filled with garbage. The elevator was broken on the last day of our stay.”
