“La propiedad es algo antigua y le hace falta mantenimiento. Sin embargo el bufete es bueno, y la ubicación es excelente, cerca del mercado nocturno, bares, tiendas y cafeterías.”

“Awesome place with pool open until late, wide variety of breakfast options and a family friendly room. Complimentary drinks and fruits at the room. Free bikes to ride around the city. Wall distance from night bazaar market. Pity some tours does not pickup in the hotel, but easy to fix asking in reception or using grab app.”

“Very Good, overall. Secure rooms,Clean bedding. I had a new shower unit on the wall in my room. Newly regroated. Staff are Good. The Collection O is very close to Old Town, and is set back from the road, and is a quiet location. Would I recommend.... Absolutely!! Friendly Cafe Attached for breakfast and drinks.”

“Good location, slightly away from busy centre but convenient and many options in the area”

“El personal maravilloso, el cuarto espectácular Muy amable todo el personal, y así el lugar muy bien mantenido y bonito ”

“The best hotel in Chiang Mai. Fantastic rooms, workers, breakfast, lunch , swimming pool. It’s amazing !! An oasis for relax For sure I will come back 🙏🙏🙏”

“The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, so we didn’t experience any noise from outside. The only thing I would mention is that the breakfast was not great. Honestly, you can find many better breakfast options in the city of Hanoi for the same price or even cheaper. The staff was wonderful and very kind, always assisting us with a smile.”
