I had an amazing time during my stay here. The complimentary onsen was the highlight of my trip. It had an incredible atmosphere and the food was delicious. The room was a good size for a single traveler and was always clean, even though I didn't spend much time at the hotel. There is a bus that shuttles you to Tokyo and back throughout the day which is very convenient. Will definitely look to come back!

The hotel is nice and there’s a small 711 in the lobby which is nice. You get a free ticket to use the public bath that is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. It was nice.

We stayed for a week at this hotel an everyday we had clean towels and beds made, the staff were very helpful and they all spoke fluent English so it was easy to ask any questions, they had free breakfast and their is a little 7 eleven in the lobby for easy quick snacks , their spa was very clean and the staff was welcoming it was close to the narita airport which is where we flew in and flew out of their shuttle buses were so accommodating getting us to and from Tokyo station and the airport pretty much recommend!

Breakfast is a little expensive compared to others. Wouldn’t make this your main place in Japan just beginning or end as the Tokyo bus costs 10$ per way and last bus is at 9pm but really nice stay with free shuttle to Narita airport Narita city.

An excellent place to stay. It was so good that when our flight got cancelled, we booked in here again for the night. We got the breakfast buffet as well and it was totally worth it. You pay more for a coffee on the streets then you do for an all you can eat buffet. In the rooms, you get slippers that you can take home, toothbrush, razor, everything you would need. But if you are a tea drinker, you may find it harder in Japan that you would like. English breakfast tea (or any black tea) with milk, sadly is hard to come by and when you do find it, drink as much as you can. They do have some in the buffet, just no milk in the rooms.

The hot springs were perfect for an end of trip wind down and the staff was very friendly. They let us check out a bit late which was helpful since our flight was later. There is a 7-11 on site which was very convenient. The hotel rooms could use a bit of an update but worked well for the short time we were there. We took the shuttle and you need to look at the times because they don't run as often as some other hotels but I'm also assuming this hotel is a bit further from the airport. We had no complaints.

The staff was great, convenience of having a small 7/11 attached was nice and the free shuttle from and to the hotel/airport was so helpful. Only thing was, and not sure if this pertained to all rooms but at least with ours, beds were uncomfortable and felt like springy boards plus you couldn’t actually control the temperature of the room just a low/medium/high options which high felt like a super low… probably because the air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while. We were only here for 1 night so we chose this based on other reviews but we were hoping to have our last night be super comfy and relaxing but the accommodation made it feel the opposite.
