“When paying hundreds of dollars for stay, we expect towels when needed. During the 3rd evening of our stay, we asked for 1 towel out of 4 to be refreshed, and were told we have to pay 30 zloty because they only replace them of we stay 4 nights.. this is unacceptable and feels cheap”

“This apartment was extremely beautiful and well kept. From the surrounding area being so beautiful and clean to the peaceful and quiet apartment. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here so much that we will be back. The only downside is the trouble finding the apartment initially but after I called the hotel Galicia and spoke with the representative she was very helpful in directing us to the right address. 10/10 for this property in my opinion”

“The fact that I paid for the room about 1 PM and I got there at 3 PM and I stood outside for two hours on the hottest day of the year with a serious cardiovascular condition and then just by chance someone let me in a building and I sit on the stairs for one more hour. I’ve also sent more than a dozen messages to property management and spoken with four different Expedia agents and someone just got back to me from the property a little bit ago saying that they knew nothing about it.
