The property was very nice. However we had problems with the security box and to change rooms Then in the other room there was no hot water and there was no hot water. The employees were very kind and every thing was very clean.

The breakfast was outstanding; it is not the usual breakfast included at these hotels, but much better and varied. In addition, the servers were amazing. As I stated, the property is average; some things may need some improvement, such as the mattresses and towels.

Hotel needs some upgrades.

The room was dated. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. No AC. The hot water took too long. The towels were very hard and smelled. The only great thing was the breakfast. The ladies there were awesome. The reception staff were very friendly. We had the street view and at night it was so noisy

No hay muchas actividades ni comida en los alrededores, pero el hotel está excelente; fue una sorpresa que contara con bañera y se disfrutó. Por otro lado, deberían tener bien indicada la llave del agua caliente, porque estaba al revés. Por lo demás, está muy bien el lugar para pasar la noche, con una visita rápida a la zona de Toluca y se descansa bien aquí.

La regadera metida dentro de la tina de baño, alto el acceso, se levanta mucho las piernas y a la hora de sal8r el piso se resbala ligeramente, mi mama con dificultades de movilidad en las piernas ! Un tapete antiderrapante deben tener para cuando salgas de la tina y evitar un accidente.
