The rooms were small but very clean. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent too. The main reason for the top rating is the location, access to Ginza Six and all the shops were minutes away by walking. It was far enough away from the busy streets and easy to walk to food and shops.

Had a great stay here! The rooms are a great size, the shower is spacious! The rooms are very clean also. The reception staff were awesome and helped me to organise to transfer my suitcase to another hotel. The restaurant has great food and coffee. Very short walking distance to high-end shopping, restaurants and cafés, and public transport. Will stay here again and also highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

One of the best hotel we stayed in. Close to areas that you can walk to. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Free pajamas delivered to you room by a robot is a plus. Next to family mart!

The hotel was very modern, environmentally conscious, and was in a good location for travel. Close to the train and subway stations. Centrally located in Ginza and near many ships and restaurants.
