This property was perfect our needs. Easy walk to train station and just 1-5 stops away from all the main stops. 24/7 family mart down stairs so no worries when your awake in the middle of the night from jet lag. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Anne and Sumi. Free happy hour from 3-5 which is a nice touch. Bathroom amenities were great, they even have a washer/dryer! Best shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Thank you!

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, 10 mins easy walk to the metro station, across the street from the hotel was a cute restaurant alley. I love there is a washer/dryer in the room and laundry soap was provided. The room size is decent too. I would stay there again for sure.

hotel was close to public transport links. Room was a good size, cleanliness was okay. There is a balcony however nothing to sit on (or much to look at for that matter). Free coffee and soft drinks was very welcome and unexpected. Staff at the reception were great, especially helping us with the luggage forwarding. Made it very simple and easy for us.

We had no issues during our stay. The room was clean and was able to get good rest. The only down side is that the rooms are small but for the price I will not complain or deduct stars. The staff was really helpful. Ubers were easy to get from this hotel location. The bed was comfortable and the room would get very dark at night. The AC worked great. The restroom was also clean and the toilet worked well. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. I also enjoyed the stores around the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and you can get your towels and rubbish cleared easily by using a magnetic tab on your day to alert cleaning staff. The room was a good size we stopped in and had views of the city. It’s in a great spot within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and even Shinjuku is very walkable … It could’ve been cleaner but look overall I was very pleased with the hotel an the room we had.

We had a great stay at Tokyu Stay Yotsuya in the Shinjuku area. The room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was excellent—very close to the train station and within walking distance to many parts of the city if you enjoy exploring on foot, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. That said, the cleaning service was a bit disappointing, as rooms are only cleaned every 7 days and our stay was 5 nights, so we didn’t receive any full cleaning during our visit. The amenities were also fairly minimal compared to other hotels. Overall, despite those drawbacks, we still had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the great location and comfortable room.

This property was extremely convenient and a good price for what’s offered. Standard rooms in Japan are small, however, this was almost like a studio apartment- has everything you really need. Washer/dryer, sink, microwave, spacious with living space, etc. washer/dryer was easy to use so long as you have Google Translate, also the detergent was really pleasant and laundry felt clean after. It’s not the most luxurious property, it did seem a little dated and some of the bathroom seems to be worn down, but nothing to complain about! Had ample amount of space to place all the day’s worth of shopping lol! Staff spoke well in English as well. We didn’t get to use or try the free breakfast and such, but that was a nice offer and good touch as well. Subway station was only 8 min walk away, and there are plenty of convenience stores (family mart, another Japanese one that I couldn’t read the name of). Would definitely recommend to others and would book again if we come back to Japan.
